Maria Jastrzębska was born in Warsaw, Poland and grew up in London.  She now lives in Brighton.  She is author of Postcards From Poland with artist Jola Scicinska (Working Press) ‘Home From Home’ (Flarestack) and Syrena (Redbeck Press) and was co-editor of Forum Polek, a bilingual anthology of women’s writing.  Her work appears in numerous anthologies and magazines. She is coordinator of South Pole and co-runs Queer Writing South and ‘Outskirts’ in the Brighton Festival.

Robert Dickinson was born in London in 1962. A collection of poetry, Syzgy (with Andrew Dilger) was published in 2001. He collaborated with Brighton's Extra Theatre Company productions of Dolly Goes to Dijon (2002), Bombed (2003) and Murder's Last Case (2004). Robert Dickinson is currently working on fiction, lyrics, and a play based on the life of Pelagius.
