DAVID CONSTANTINE / SASHA DUGDALE

'The wind has bared the stars, / The skeletons, the after-images.' Without question, David Constantine's hauntingly beautiful poetry ranks amongst the best being writing in England today. His work includes the Alice Huntlett Bart Award-winning collection Watching for Dolphins.

The work of Sasha Dugdale has been described by Sean O' Brien in the TLS as 'elusive, satisfying and likely to go on being read'. She won an Eric Gregory Award in 2003 and is also a renowned translator of Russian poetry and drama.
