READING SLOVENIA: VOICES BETWEEN MODERNITY AND POST-MODERNITY
The the internationally distinguished writer Drago Jancar, and Slovenia's most original theatre director and playwright Dušan Jovanovic are to bring the Slovenian literary tour to conclusion with us in Brighton.
The readings will be moderated by Fiona Sampson, the editor of Poetry Review and of the first book-length presentation of Slovenian contemporary writing to an English readership, Orient Express; Unlocking the Aquarium.
We are very grateful to the Slovenian Ministry of Culture for their support for this unique event organised through one of the leading Slovenian literary journals Apokalipsa.
